Company address: FLAT 1512, 15/F, LUCKY CENTRE, NO. 165–171 WAN CHAI ROAD, WANCHAI, HONG KONG
Customer service: support@audelvia.com

By visiting the website, registering an account, placing an order, buying goods or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not continue using the website or place an order.

1. Scope

These terms cover access to and use of the website; purchases of goods or services; creation and use of accounts; promotions, subscriptions, reviews and interactive features; and other dealings arising from the website, goods, orders or services. Together with the privacy, delivery, returns and refund policies and other expressly incorporated published rules, they form the agreement between us.

Specific product or promotion terms prevail in a conflict. No provision excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot be excluded or limited under Hong Kong law.

2. Contracting party

Orders and transactions are handled by GL ADVISORY CO., LIMITED, based in Hong Kong. Unless expressly stated at checkout, the company is the seller and payment recipient. We may use external payment, warehousing, delivery and customer service providers without excluding our statutory responsibilities.

3. Eligibility

You confirm that you are old enough in your country or jurisdiction to enter a binding contract; provide truthful, accurate, complete and current information; use the website lawfully and without fraud or unauthorised activity; are authorised to use your payment method; and buy for lawful purposes. If acting for an organisation, you confirm authority to accept these terms on its behalf.

4. Accounts

Some functions require an account. Keep login details secure and take responsibility for account activity. Report unauthorised use immediately to support@audelvia.com. To the extent permitted by law, we may restrict, suspend or close accounts reasonably suspected of fraud, misuse, false information, unauthorised payments or other breaches.

5. Product information

We take reasonable steps to ensure product names, specifications, images, colours, sizes, features, stock and prices are accurate. Screens, photography lighting, production batches and reasonable manufacturing tolerances may cause slight differences in appearance.

We do not intentionally misdescribe products, omit material information or take payment without reasonable ability to supply. Hong Kong's Trade Descriptions Ordinance applies to physical and online shops and prohibits false descriptions, misleading omissions, bait advertising, bait-and-switch practices and wrongly accepting payment. Further guidance is available from Hong Kong Customs.

Where a product page conflicts with these terms, the product descriptions, quantities, prices and specifications expressly confirmed in the order apply.

6. Prices, taxes and currencies

  1. The currency shown at checkout applies.
  2. Unless stated otherwise, prices may exclude import duties, local sales tax, VAT, customs clearance and destination charges.
  3. You are responsible for destination import taxes and charges unless checkout expressly states that we pay them.
  4. Your bank or payment provider may convert currency and charge fees where your card currency differs. Their rates and fees apply.
  5. For a material, obvious technical error in a price, discount or product detail, we may cancel before dispatch and refund payment. Dispatched orders are handled under applicable law.

7. Contract formation and order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy, not our acceptance. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt only. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, a contract is formed at the earlier of our dispatch confirmation or express acceptance of the order.

We may reject or cancel for legitimate reasons, including unavailable products; obvious pricing or information errors; unapproved payment; an undeliverable address; reasonable fraud, money-laundering or security checks; a breach of these terms; or legal, regulatory, payment provider or card network requirements.

If payment has been received, refunds normally use the original method, subject to legally permitted exceptions, particularly false information, suspected fraud or unlawful activity.

8. Payment

Available methods may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, bank transfer or others shown at checkout. Independent providers may process payments. You authorise us and the provider to check payment details, reserve or debit the order amount, carry out reasonable identity and fraud checks, and make refunds through the original method.

Displaying a payment method does not mean the provider endorses or guarantees us or our goods. Do not use unauthorised methods, abusive chargebacks, duplicate refund requests or false payment-dispute information. Your statutory right to raise a legitimate dispute with your card issuer is unaffected.

9. Shipping and delivery

Processing estimates, methods, charges and delivery times appear on product pages, the delivery policy or checkout. Times are generally estimates; customs, carriers, weather, holidays and circumstances outside reasonable control may cause delays.

Provide a complete, correct recipient name, address, telephone number and delivery details. You may be responsible for delays, returns or extra costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete details. Risk of loss or damage passes according to mandatory applicable law, the shipping method and actual handover. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.

10. Cancellation, returns and refunds

The published returns and refund policy sets out conditions, deadlines, the return address, processing times and excluded product categories. It does not limit statutory rights for faulty, defective, damaged or misdescribed goods or other rights provided by law.

For Hong Kong consumer purchases, the Sale of Goods Ordinance and other legislation may require goods to match their description and be of merchantable quality. Consumer contracts may also fall under the Control of Exemption Clauses Ordinance, Supply of Services (Implied Terms) Ordinance and Unconscionable Contracts Ordinance. See Hong Kong government guidance on e-commerce consumer protection.

Unless law provides otherwise, refunds normally use the original payment method; bank and provider processing and crediting times are outside our control; refunds of initial delivery charges, duties and clearance fees follow the returns policy and applicable law; and you must report damaged, missing or incorrect items within a reasonable time, with your order number and necessary evidence.

11. Promotions, coupons and gifts

Additional terms may apply. Unless a promotion states otherwise, benefits cannot be redeemed for cash, combined, resold or obtained fraudulently; they apply only during the stated period, in specified regions, to specified products and available stock. Refunds may be recalculated on the amount actually paid if a return removes eligibility for a benefit.

We may cancel benefits obtained through fraud, system errors, automated programmes or breaches of promotion rules.

12. Permitted and prohibited use

Do not use the website unlawfully, fraudulently or to infringe rights; obtain unauthorised access to sites, servers, accounts or data; spread malware or conduct denial-of-service attacks; extract content in bulk using bots, crawlers or automation other than ordinary search indexing; disrupt the website, payments or security; impersonate others or give false information; infringe intellectual property; or engage in money laundering, payment fraud or other unlawful transactions. Breaches may lead to restricted or terminated access and reports to competent authorities.

13. User content and reviews

When submitting reviews, photos, comments or other content, you confirm ownership or necessary rights, truthful reflection of actual experience, respect for others' intellectual property, privacy, personality, reputation and legal rights, absence of unlawful, threatening, hateful, fraudulent, obscene or malicious material, and disclosure of material connections that could affect independence.

You grant a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to store, copy, display, translate and distribute that content as needed to operate, market and improve the website and goods. Ownership remains yours. We may remove content that is clearly unlawful, infringing, fraudulent or contrary to these terms.

14. Intellectual property

Website text, layouts, graphics, logos, software, images, videos, product information and other content may belong to us or third-party licensors and are protected by applicable rights. Unless permitted by law or in writing, do not copy, alter, sell, rent, publicly distribute, commercially exploit or create derivatives.

15. Third-party links and services

The website may link to third-party sites, tracking services, social networks or payments. These operate independently under their own terms and privacy policies. To the extent permitted by law, we do not control or accept responsibility for their content, security, availability or independent actions.

16. Website availability

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website but do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely or error-free operation. We may temporarily restrict functions for maintenance, security, updates, legal or other legitimate reasons, minimising impact on completed orders where reasonably possible.

17. Disclaimers

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the website is provided as is and as available. Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; mandatory product quality, description, title or consumer rights; intentional wrongdoing; or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

General website content is informational and is not medical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Seek qualified advice before buying or using goods or applications requiring professional assessment.

18. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use or purchases, including lost profit, goodwill, business opportunities or data. This does not apply where we expressly knew of and could reasonably foresee such loss when contracting and exclusion is not lawful.

For claims directly related to an order, total liability is generally limited, where lawful, to the amount actually paid for that order. These limits do not apply to section 17 or affect mandatory consumer rights.

19. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you are responsible for third-party claims, losses or reasonable costs arising from your intentional unlawful conduct, fraudulent use, infringement of others' rights or material breach. Consumers are not required to indemnify us for our own negligence, legal breaches or liability that law places on us.

20. Force majeure

Neither party is responsible for delay or non-performance caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government restrictions, customs action, serious cyberattacks, communications or transport network failures or major supply-chain problems. The affected party must reasonably mitigate effects. Statutory refund rights for undelivered goods remain unaffected.

21. Personal data

We process personal data under our privacy policy. Hong Kong's privacy regulator states that website operators must collect data lawfully and fairly and limit it to what is necessary, appropriate and not excessive. Direct marketing generally requires prescribed information and necessary consent. Silence is not consent; users may object at any time.

The privacy policy should explain data categories, purposes, cookies and similar technologies, payment and delivery recipients, international transfers, retention, security, access and correction rights, and direct-marketing consent or objection choices.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update terms for legal or regulatory changes, payment requirements, security or website functions. Updated terms and a revision date are published here. Unless law permits otherwise, material changes do not apply retrospectively to orders completed before the change. Continued use after new terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

23. Notices

You agree to receive transaction notices at the email address in your order, through your account, website notices or other lawful channels. Electronic notices are deemed received when sent to the valid contact address supplied, unless applicable law requires another form of service.

24. Assignment

You may not transfer rights or obligations without prior written consent. We may assign these terms during restructuring, merger, business sale or continued operation by an affiliate. Assignment must not affect accrued statutory consumer rights.

25. Severability and waiver

If a term is invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, it will be amended or removed only as necessary; the remainder remains effective. Delay or failure to exercise a right is not a waiver.

26. Third-party rights

Unless expressly stated, a non-party cannot enforce these terms under Hong Kong's Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623). Independently existing third-party rights are unaffected.

27. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, website use, orders and disputes are governed by the law of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, Hong Kong courts have exclusive jurisdiction over related disputes. Mandatory consumer rights in your country or region that cannot be excluded by a governing-law or jurisdiction clause remain unaffected.
